Tucked in a quiet neighborhood at the base of the Santa Cruz Mountains, this home is in the sunbelt and receives fantastic light all day. Project features included multiple dining and seating areas, built-in kitchen, and some practical items such as a new level spot for additional parking. We designed an in-ground water feature to create a peaceful ambiance and used a variety of brightly colored flowering perennials and shrubs for beauty and habitat value.
